Hello! We are FTC Don't Blink, a 7th-year independent student-led community team comprised of 15 high school students, from 5 different schools, and based in New Jersey, USA. We build our robots in the Princeton STEM Academy, competing in FIRST Tech Challenge (FTC) robotics, and are guided by the expertise of two advisory coaches along with mentors who oversee our team.
Our Purpose
Creating FIRST resources and teaching team members to ensure team sustainability for future years, and regular skillset growth and improvement
Spreading STEM and FIRST throughout the community by hosting and participating in various events, especially with our "FIRST For All" Initiative across the globe
Reaching out to and forming relations with professionals in universities, companies, and more through in-person and online meetings throughout the year

Our team, FTC 14481 Don’t Blink, hopes to compete at the FTC World Championships in Houston in April again.
There are 9000 FTC teams worldwide and only 2% are invited to the FTC World Championship. Our team has contributed almost 5000 hours to 40 events over last year to bring the joy and importance of STEM education to students both locally and internationally. We were ecstatic to represent our community and state on a global stage!
We were proud to be named the 2022-2023 FTC Worlds Champions and the 2024-2024 FTC Worlds Divisional Inspire Award Winners, and aim to gain this title for the upcoming year. However, as an independent community-based team, we do not have a school or parent organization to fall back on for monetary support. We have to pay for our registration, robot repairs/parts, and contribute hundreds more for other expenses. We are asking for your monetary support to help offset our team's expenses for our season.
