You are no longer to required to submit your hours for Phi Mu through Servescript, but if you would like to, below is the information!
Go to your myFSU portal and sign in
Scroll down to "Student Services" on the right side of the screen, and click "ServScript Application"
Under #2 press "enter your hours" and enter the ServScript info from this website. (If the organization or opportunity is not listed, text the service chair or assistant.)
To submit your hours, go back to the ServScript Application and click "Review Current Entries" on the top of the screen and take a screenshot. Then, take a picture of proof of your service. Submit both the screenshot and the picture proof to the service input google form: https://forms.gle/dsm4MJ7p65v1YtZR8
Remember that you must submit your hours on serve script, AND submit proof to Phi Mu!
