Outcomes

Students are expected to

First:

• Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the trend they have chosen and the way it relates to the consumer needs and wants in the future.

• Define and describe the trend.

Second:

• Innovate around the trend chosen. 

• Apply the trend to create a compelling new innovation that will delight the customers they are targeting. 

• Develop a business plan which sets out a business's future objectives and strategies for achieving them.

Third: 

• Submit a full version of the business plan via email. 

• Pitch the business plan in front of the teacher.

Drafting: 

• The range of vocabulary, structures and expressions used 

• The register and format used 

• The organisation and development of the project 

Construct: 

• Use of critical-thinking and analysing skills

Pitch:
