1. Content Postage

The posting of lewd, illicit, graphic, or illegal content is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does so will be permanently banned and possibly reported to Discord.

2. NSFW

Do not post anything that is NSFW (Not Safe For Work), E-Date people, or overly suggestive. If you are unsure if it is considered as NSFW or suggestive, you should refrain from posting it and seek clarification from a discord moderator/junior high rank member if necessary.

3. Scaming/Hacking

The posting of content known to contain malicious software (e.g IP grabbers or malware), scams or else is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does so will be permanently banned.

4. Doxxing

The posting of personally identifiable information of another user (real names, IP address, telephone address, photos, etc) is strictly prohibited. Anyone who does so will be permanently banned.

5.Channel Usage
Please be mindful of channels and their uses. Failure to do so may result in mutes, or warnings. Relevant information about the purpose of each channel can be found in the channel topic and pinned messages at the top. Do not sidechat in channels that are not for chatting.

6. Spamming

Avoid spamming messages, this includes repeated use of bot commands, misuse of spoiler tags or tagging people who are not currently active in the chat. You will be automatically muted if you attempt to do so.

7. Respect and Common Sense

Remain civil and considerate towards other users. If there is a conflict, work to defuse it instead of making it worse. You are recommended to ping any Discord Staff or Junior High Rank member, do not try to take actions yourself.

8. Hate Speech, Harassment

Harassment, hate speech, homophobia, racism, sexism, ableism, Nazism, and trolling are not allowed here, including the use of racial slurs. This server has a zero tolerance policy for such.

9. Swearing
Swearing is allowed within a certain limit. You may use it as long as it doesn't become excessive.

10. Brainrot
We do not allow brainrot on our server. terms like "Sigma," "skibidi toilet," and "Rizz" are prohibited. You will be muted if you do so.

11. Online Dating

Online dating is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban. This server is not a dating application, this is a roleplay server.

12. Advertising

Server Advertising, including sending links to other servers not part of the MSRP Community (Departments) is strictly prohibited and will result in a ban.

1.  Fail Roleplay

Maintain a realistic profile throughout the roleplay. Avoid making actions that would be unrealistic in real life. This includes Unrealistic Avatars.

2.  Random & Vehicle Deathmatch

Do not shoot or kill an individual without a valid reason. Do not shoot or damage a vehicle without a valid reason.

3. New Life Rule

When you pass away / die, you can never return to, remember your past life, or go back to the same scene. You may not seek revenge on the person or group that killed you.

4. Cuffing / Cuff Rush

When cuffing an individual, you must always use cuff motion by saying "cuffs" before cuffing and roleplaying the arrest. You may say "cuffs" in the scene vc with the suspect, if in different age groups.

5. Traffic Stops

You're not allowed to evade or shoot Law Enforcement at a traffic stop without a valid reason to do so, such as having a bolo, a warrant, or a crime that you committed that notifies the police. You cannot run or shoot an officer to get away from a citation.

6. Tool Abuse

You cannot use your tools for no reason. For example, using cones to box a vehicle or using tools to troll.

7. No Intent To Roleplay / NITRP

While playing in TBRP, you are to roleplay in every scenario, including crashes, arrests, and medical RP. Do not avoid RP or make situations unrealistic for others.

8. Avatars

All avatars must remain realistic. Please avoid arguing with staff about unrealistic avatars. If you're asked to change it, please do6. Tool Abuse

You cannot use your tools for no reason. For example, using cones to box a vehicle or using tools to troll.

9. Driving / Speed Limits

Drive as you would in real life. No unrealistic speeding or reckless driving. Server Speed Limit is 120mph; in a pursuit, it is 135mph.

10. Criminal Activity Groups Limited to 4 People

When roleplaying, you must have a mafia registered in the mafia server and can only RP with a maximum of 4 people.

11. Yielding

You must yield to emergency vehicles. Do not interfere with chases or intentionally cause crashes/desync. Violations may result in FRP.

12. Green Zones

Never kill or shoot players in a safe zone without a valid reason/cause. If you have an ongoing roleplay scene in a safe zone, the rule does not apply. Never cause a shootout or prison break at County Jail without permission from a Moderator. Following are considered Green Zones:

Sheriff and Police Station, Springfield, City Fire Station, Springfield, City Gun Stores, Hospital, and DOT Station
