PRODUCTION SUB LEADER

Primary Function:

• Supports in the monitoring and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in assigned area by attending to the needs and requirements of operators.  Assists the Line Leader in overseeing and monitoring the efficient and effective production of flexible printed circuits. Delivers required output and quality in the assigned process and/or equipment.

Requirements:

• Vocational graduate/ Completed at least 2 years in college

• With atleast 1-2 years experience as team leader/ 3-5 years experience as production operator

• With Basic Knowledge in MS Office/Willing to be trained

SR. SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER

• He/she is expected to spearhead system improvement initiatives within our Smart Factory transformation program. This

position plays a pivotal role in driving Industry 4.0 adoption by optimizing manufacturing processes, integrating advanced

automation, and ensuring seamless data-driven operations across production lines.

• Responsible for leading the design and deployment of smart manufacturing solutions to enhance operational efficiency,

product quality, and traceability. Collaborate cross-functionally with MIS, Production, Quality, Process and Equipment

Engineering teams to align system improvements with business objectives. Analyze complex workflows and production

data to identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and process standardization. Guide and mentor junior engineers

and technicians, sharing best practices in continuous improvement and system integration. Serve as a key technical advisor

to management and stakeholders, influencing the company’s long-term smart manufacturing roadmap

Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering Degree Course preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.

• Board exam passer or with license and Masters in Engineering course is an advantage.

• With at least 4 years of relevant experience in Semiconductor / Electronics Company with bare flex or PCB fabrication manufacturing engineering.

• Proven record of accomplishment in leading cross-functional projects in an automated or digital manufacturing environment.

• Hands-on experience with MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, and data-driven process control.

• In depth knowledge in FPC manufacturing processes including

• Familiarity with process setup, equipment, failure analysis.

• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks

• Can effectively create reports, communicate and good at presentation skills.

• Expert in creative thinking, analytical and problem solving skills..

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of PLCs, machine communication protocols, and system integration.

SR. EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER 

• He/she is expected to spearhead equipment improvement initiatives within our Smart Factory transformation program. This

position plays a pivotal role in driving Industry 4.0 adoption by optimizing manufacturing processes, integrating advanced

automation, and ensuring seamless data-driven operations across production lines.

• Responsible for leading equipment improvement projects aligned with Smart Factory and Industry 4.0 standards. This role

drives the evaluation, modification, and integration of production machinery to support automation, connectivity, and real-

time data monitoring. As a senior member of the equipment development team, you will manage projects, mentor junior

engineers and technicians, and provide strategic input to ensure our manufacturing equipment fully supports our digital

transformation goals

Requirements:

• Graduate of Engineering Degree Course preferably Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering.

EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER 

Primary Function:

Responsible to lead equipment improvement initiatives that align our manufacturing machines with Smart Factory standards and Industry 4.0 practices. The Equipment Development Engineer will evaluate, upgrade, and optimize production equipment to support automation, connectivity, and data-driven operations. Working closely with process engineers, technicians, and IT teams, this role will ensure our machines are fully integrated with Smart Factory systems to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field

• Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as equipment engineering or maintenance engineering in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)

• Hands-on experience with machine upgrades, PLC programming, or automation integration.

• Familiarity with Smart Factory concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies

• Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and reliability engineering techniques.

• Effective project management and vendor negotiation skills.

• Keen to detail; work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER 

Primary Function:
Responsible to support system improvement initiatives for our Smart Factory transformation. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, implementing digital manufacturing tools, and improving automation processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and traceability across production lines. The Process Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions and customer driven practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or any related course/s.

• Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing system improvement in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)

• Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration).

• Background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).

• Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.

EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN

Primary Function:

Responsible to support Smart Factory equipment operations and improvement projects. This role focuses on routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting engineers with equipment upgrades and system integration. The Equipment Technician ensures production machinery operates smoothly and is prepared for Smart Factory enhancements such as automation and data connectivity

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of any Technical or Associate course/s (Industrial Technology or Mechatronics).

• Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as equipment technician or process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)

• Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production platforms.

• Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office.

• Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN

Primary Function:

Responsible to support the daily operations and maintenance of Smart Factory systems. The technician will ensure smooth functioning of digital tools such as web check sheets (WCS), Auto Recipe systems, and barcode scanning, while assisting engineers in testing, troubleshooting, and improving production processes

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of any Technical or Associate Graduate (Industrial Technology/Mechatronics)

• Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)

• Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production platforms.

• Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.

PROCESS TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

• He/she is expected to execute and document all defined process control and procedures established by Engineers

• He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.

• Responsible for yield information input and report generation and for assisting Process Engineer to conduct and inspect engineering evaluation including the initial run of all qualification lots. 

Requirements:

• Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course.

• With related working experience

PROCESS IMPROVEMENT ASSOCIATE

Generate plan, implement and monitor effectiveness of the project assuring and improving quality, safety and efficiency. Render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.

Responsible for kaizen detection of high impact kaizen items that will improve Quality, Efficiency, Safety, Material consumption , Monitors Yield and Efficiency, for assigned area/Process, provides daily and weekly reports for the accomplishment , of corresponding area, and head of the evaluations and negotiations with process engineers, Conducts evaluation to ensure quality is not affected becomes better, Generate documents such as FMEA, HIRAC, ECCF, TCCF, PCCF and Technical report 

Requirements:

Education: 

• 4-year course is an advantage; College undergraduate

• 2 to 3 years as production operator or inspector

REL/FA TECHNICIAN

Primary Function:

• Performs destructive and non-destructive reliability test method as defined in reliability specs on products and materials.

• Performs reliability tests and failure analysis studies with the aid of FA/REL instruments, machines and equipment.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least college level. Engineering or technical related course is preferred.

• Experienced in FA/REL Lab Analysis for at least 1 year

• Knows basic FA/REL Equipment basic troubleshooting

• With at least 2 years working experience in Electronics/Semiconductor company

CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN

Primary Function:

• Performs scheduled and routine calibration of measuring and test equipment to ensure that these meet defined accuracies.

• Tests and calibrates M&TE in compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements and international standards. Ensures that registered instruments are calibrated on time and put to quarantine if otherwise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of any 2-year course or atleast College Level of any related Engineering course or Technical Course. 

• Experience as Calibration Technician is an advantage. 

• With at least 2 years of relevant experience from a Semiconductor / Electronics Company With Electrical troubleshooting equipment failure experience. 

QA UPPER IPQC

Primary Function:

• Strengthen the involvement of of QC to validate the changes ex. Plating current changes, conveyor speed changes, program changes and other batch to batch changes or controls. etc.

• Validate the compliance to controls in Upper processes.

• Report IPQC audit results to the Upper Cross Functional Team (CFT) for proper cause and corrective action analysis 

Minimum Requirements:

• At least completed any 2 year college or technical course      

• With at least 2 years experience in FPC, Electronics, and Semicon industry. Not a requirement but an advantage if experience is in upper process

• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes. 

• Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking

• Knowledge in conducting an audit and follow through

• Can effectively communicate

• Basic knowledge in MS Office 

QC INSPECTOR

Primary Function:

• She/he performs outgoing quality inspection in accordance with set quality inspection and standards.

• Responsible for ensuring the quality of all outgoing products are conforming to set standards

Minimum Requirments:

• At least High School graduate or any 2yrs. vocational course

• With 1 year experience in semiconductors or electronics industry.

• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes.    

• Can effectively communicate.

• Knowledgeable in MS Office

• Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.

QC SUPERVISOR

• Supervise the over-all quality requirements and ensures quality control is established in the designated line. 

• Responsible in leading QC line leaders down to inspectors to meet the indices of the group’s key result areas. 

Requirements:

• College Graduate/ Level

• With min 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control related works

• With FPC experience for at least 5 years (for internal)

• Ability to effectively handle quality issues – leading a team.

• Knowledge in Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, 7QC Tools

• Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
