QC LINE LEADER 

• Graduate of any vocational course/s or at least College Level

• At least 1 year of work experience as a sub Line Leader 

• Knowledgeable in MS Office, SAP, and Manufacturing Indices

• Amenable to work during weekends and holidays

• Willing to render overtime 

Packing Line Leader 

• Atleast 2 year in college or graduate in any 2 years vocational course

• With at least 2 yrs work experience as supervisor at logistics field.

• Ability to conduct training. Average oral and written communication skills to stakeholders. 

• Good planning and organizational skills. Computer Literate Knowledge in inventory management. Familiar with shifting operations on a 24 / 7 mode.

Encoder

• At least high school graduate or vocational course (college level preferred)

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, Word, or data entry systems)

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to meet deadlines and handle repetitive tasks

• At least 1 year experience to manufacturing and quality process.

• Basic understanding of quality or manufacturing processes is an advantage

QC Inspector

• At least high school graduate or vocational course (college level preferred)

• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and quality standards. 

• Good attention to detail. 

• Ability to follow work instructions and standards 

• At least 2 years’ experience to inspection

Sub Leader

• With 2 years college education or any vocational course

• 1–3 years of experience in production, operations, or warehouse environment 

• At least 6 months to 1 year in a leadership role (e.g., acting leader, senior operator, or sub-leader) is an advantage

• Knowledgeable in FPC manufacturing processes. MS Office

• Can effectively communicate. With leadership skills Can work in graveyard shift Can work with minimal supervision.
