PRODUCTION SUB LEADER
Primary Function:
Supports in the monitoring and ensuring the smooth flow of operations in assigned area by attending to the needs and requirements of operators. Assists the Line Leader in overseeing and monitoring the efficient and effective production of flexible printed circuits. Delivers required output and quality in the assigned process and/or equipment.
Requirements:
Vocational graduate/ Completed at least 2 years in college
With atleast 1-2 years experience as team leader/ 3-5 years experience as production operator
With Basic Knowledge in MS Office/Willing to be trained
EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Primary Function:
Responsible to lead equipment improvement initiatives that align our manufacturing machines with Smart Factory standards and Industry 4.0 practices. The Equipment Development Engineer will evaluate, upgrade, and optimize production equipment to support automation, connectivity, and data-driven operations. Working closely with process engineers, technicians, and IT teams, this role will ensure our machines are fully integrated with Smart Factory systems to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as equipment engineering or maintenance engineering in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)
Hands-on experience with machine upgrades, PLC programming, or automation integration.
Familiarity with Smart Factory concepts and Industry 4.0 technologies
Proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and reliability engineering techniques.
Effective project management and vendor negotiation skills.
Keen to detail; work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Primary Function:
Responsible to support system improvement initiatives for our Smart Factory transformation. This role focuses on analyzing workflows, implementing digital manufacturing tools, and improving automation processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and traceability across production lines. The Process Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Industry 4.0 solutions and customer driven practices.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or any related course/s.
Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 2 - 3 years work experience as process engineering or manufacturing system improvement in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)
Hands-on exposure to Smart Factory tools (MES, SCADA, IoT platforms, Auto Recipe systems, barcode integration).
Background in data-driven decision-making and process optimization.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
EQUIPMENT DEVELOPMENT TECHNICIAN
Primary Function:
Responsible to support Smart Factory equipment operations and improvement projects. This role focuses on routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and assisting engineers with equipment upgrades and system integration. The Equipment Technician ensures production machinery operates smoothly and is prepared for Smart Factory enhancements such as automation and data connectivity
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any Technical or Associate course/s (Industrial Technology or Mechatronics).
Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as equipment technician or process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)
Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production platforms.
Proficient in using digital tools and MS Office.
Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
Primary Function:
Responsible to support the daily operations and maintenance of Smart Factory systems. The technician will ensure smooth functioning of digital tools such as web check sheets (WCS), Auto Recipe systems, and barcode scanning, while assisting engineers in testing, troubleshooting, and improving production processes
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any Technical or Associate Graduate (Industrial Technology/Mechatronics)
Not a requirement but an advantage (At least 1 - 2 years work experience as process technical assistant in a Semiconductor or Electronics Company)
Familiarity with automation systems, barcode tools, or digital production platforms.
Basic Knowledge in automation logic and machine interface systems.
Strong troubleshooting and hands-on technical skills.
PROCESS TECHNICAL ASSISTANT
He/she is expected to execute and document all defined process control and procedures established by Engineers
He/she is expected to render support and assistance within his/her section and others in achieving the overall company goals and targets.
Responsible for yield information input and report generation and for assisting Process Engineer to conduct and inspect engineering evaluation including the initial run of all qualification lots.
Requirements:
Graduate of any 2 or 4 year course.
With related working experience
CALIBRATION TECHNICIAN
Primary Function:
Performs scheduled and routine calibration of measuring and test equipment to ensure that these meet defined accuracies.
Tests and calibrates M&TE in compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements and international standards. Ensures that registered instruments are calibrated on time and put to quarantine if otherwise.
Minimum Requirements:
Graduate of any 2-year course or atleast College Level of any related Engineering course or Technical Course.
Experience as Calibration Technician is an advantage.
With at least 2 years of relevant experience from a Semiconductor / Electronics Company With Electrical troubleshooting equipment failure experience.
QC SUPERVISOR
Supervise the over-all quality requirements and ensures quality control is established in the designated line.
Responsible in leading QC line leaders down to inspectors to meet the indices of the group’s key result areas.
Requirements:
College Graduate/ Level
With min 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Control related works
With FPC experience for at least 5 years (for internal)
Ability to effectively handle quality issues – leading a team.
Knowledge in Problem Solving Tools such as 8D, FMEA, SPC, OCAP, 7QC Tools
Keen to detail, work with minimum supervision, with good analytical and critical thinking.
QC LINE LEADER
Graduate of any vocational course/s or at least College Level
At least 1 year of work experience as a sub Line Leader
Knowledgeable in MS Office, SAP, and Manufacturing Indices
Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
Willing to render overtime
