WCONLINE is an easy-to-use, web-based system that can be accessed to browse and book available times in the FSCS Sim Lab.
The staff at the Sim Lab, along with FSCS instructors, monitor bookings to ensure fair usage among all FSCS students.
Please note there are video guides for each step
WCONLINE is a web-based system, meaning if there are any problems with internet connectivity in the school or on your home network, WCONLINE will be affected.
Only authorized FSCS students may book an appointment for the Sim Lab.
Each FSCS student must login and book under their own name.
If you are an FSCS student using WCONLINE for the first time, you must first register a new account by clicking the “Register for an account” link just above the login area.
Complete all fields and click “Register”.
You will receive an e-mail confirming that your WCONLINE account has been made.
You may only register with your preferred personal e-mail address associated with Humber. If you do not, you will receive an error message and won’t be able to create an account.
If you forgot your e-mail associated with Humber, please refer to your account information on MyHumber.

Once you’ve registered an account, you may log-in by entering the e-mail address you’ve registered with, along with the password.
Click “Log-In” and you will be brought to the main schedule screen.
You must log-in with the preferred personal e-mail associated with Humber (the same one that you used to register a new WCONLINE account).
If you forgot your password, click the “Reset your password” option.
You must choose a schedule, otherwise the system won’t allow you to log-in.
Once you’ve logged in to WCONLINE, you can create an appointment by:
1. Navigate to the date you would like to book by using the week navigation or the calendar drop-down located at the top of the schedule.
2. Make an appointment by clicking on a white space. White spaces are available times. Filled-in spaces have appointments or are unavailable.
Tip: Hover over the yellow “Help?” icon in the upper left corner for a legend.
3. Clicking on a white space on the schedule opens an appointment form. Complete all the fields in the assignment form and click “Create Appointment” to finalize the booking.
4. You will receive an e-mail confirming your appointment. Please review the confirmation email to ensure the booking details are correct.
A reminder e-mail will be sent around 8 PM two days ahead of your scheduled appointment.
You are responsible for creating your own appointment. The Sim Lab staff cannot do this for you.
You must book under your own name. Failure to do so will be reported to the Program Coordinator and will result in having your booking privileges revoked.
Each FSCS student is responsible for their own appointment. This means being attending an appointment on time or cancelling an appointment at least 12 hours in advance.
Once you’ve logged in to WCONLINE and created an appointment, you may modify or cancel that appointment:
1. Click the drop-down menu where it says “Welcome, (your name)”. Click “My Appointments” and then click the appointment you wish to modify or cancel.
2. A new window for that appointment will appear. At the bottom of the window, click "Edit Appointment" to make changes.
You can change the time as long as there is another slot available on that day (keeping in mind appointments must be 30 minutes in length).
Click “Save Changes” to finalize the changes. You will receive an e-mail confirming the changes to your appointment.
3. If you would like to change your appointment to a different day or cancel your appointment entirely. Repeat step 1, and once the window opens, click “Cancel This Appointment”.
Click “OK” on the dialog box that pops up asking if you are sure you want to cancel. You will receive an e-mail confirming the cancellation.
You may now create a new appointment if you would like (refer to “Creating an Appointment” in this guide).
If you modify/cancel less than 12-hours before your appointment or do not show up for your appointment at all, your booking account will be put on hold and future appointments will be cancelled.
To have the hold on your booking account lifted, you will be required to contact your instructor and/or program coordinator.
The Sim Lab staff cannot reinstate your booking account without express written permission from your instructor and/or program coordinator.
The wait-list feature allows you to be notified if there is an opening in the schedule for a particular day. You may sign up for the waiting list for a day of your choosing, and you will receive an e-mail notification once that appointments open up so that you can log-in and book the newly opened appointment.
Once you’ve logged into WCONLINE, you may join a wait-list by following these steps:
1. Find the date you would like to join a wait-list for. The waiting list link always shows the date, as in "WAITING LIST: JUNE 11, 2019." Click the link and a new form will open.
2. Complete the form and click “Join Waiting List” to confirm.
3. Once there is an opening, you will get an e-mail notification so that you can log-in and book.
If an appointment opens up, you must go online and schedule the appointment yourself.
Joining a wait-list doesn’t guarantee you a time slot. If the appointment is already filled, someone may also have received a wait-list message and booked that time slot.
You are responsible for adding yourself to a wait-list. The Sim Lab staff cannot do this for you.
