Classroom Management

Our goal is to maintain a safe and orderly environment in which your child can learn.

Classroom Rules:

Be safe by keeping your hands, feet, and objects to yourself.

Be respectful and kind to others.

Be responsible for yourself and your play area.

Be a good listener, especially to your teacher.

Consequences:

Positive redirection

Verbal warning - move your stick to yellow to remind you to change your behavior

Another warning - move your stick to red and a note home to parents.

If unwanted behavior continues, the suspension will be given 1 to 2 days from the program and the /or remainder of the day.

Repeated aggressive/inappropriate behavior with 1-3 suspensions will result in removal from the program.
