Details for student participants

• Postgraduates, BS-MS, B. Tech. (4th year), Ph.D. scholars and Postdoctoral researchers of a relevant background are eligible to register.

• The participants are required to complete the registration through the Google Form link

• Participants who would like to present their research work in a 7-minute (strictly 5-minute talk + 2 min Q&A) presentation are welcome to submit their talk title and abstract in the Google Form

• A total of 30 external participants will be chosen based on their academic performance, the relevance of their academic background to the theme of the Symposium. Participants proposing a talk will be preferred.

• No registration fee is required. Food and accommodation will be provided

• The last date of registration is 2nd of February 2024 (midnight)
