Privacy Policy for Fruity Pie

Fruity Pie (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a casual game that includes three mini-games: Fruit Merger, Fruit Catcher, and Fruit Slicer. Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not require you to create an account, log in, or provide any personal information such as:

• Email address

• Phone number

• Photo or profile picture

• Contact list

• Location data

2. Information You May Choose to Provide (Optional)

The only information you can voluntarily provide is:

• Player Name – You may enter a name of your choice (no real-name requirement). This name is used only to display your score on an optional in-app ranking list (leaderboard).

  • You are not required to enter your real name.

  • You can use a nickname or leave it blank.

  • This name is stored locally or on a simple scoreboard for ranking purposes only.

  • No other personal data (photo, contact, etc.) is ever requested or stored.

3. Information Collected Automatically (via Firebase & AdMob)

We use Firebase and Google AdMob in our app. These services may automatically collect certain information to operate, analyze, and improve the app and to serve ads.

Firebase (Analytics & Crash Reporting)

Firebase may collect:

• Device information (model, OS version, language)

• In-app events (e.g., which game mode is played, scores achieved)

• Crash logs and performance data

• Approximate location (based on IP address, not precise GPS)

This data helps us understand how players use Fruity Pie, fix bugs, and improve gameplay. Firebase does not collect personally identifiable information like your name or email.

Google AdMob (Advertising)

AdMob may collect:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID)

• IP address

• Ad interaction data (views, clicks)

• Approximate location (for geo-relevant ads)

AdMob uses this data to show personalized or non-personalized ads based on your device settings. You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device’s Google settings.

4. How We Use Your Information

• Optional name → Only for in-app ranking display.

• Firebase data → For analytics, crash reporting, and improving app performance.

• AdMob data → To serve ads and prevent fraudulent clicks.

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with any third party other than the integrated services (Google Firebase and Google AdMob) as described.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our game is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information (real name, photo, contact, etc.) from anyone, including children under 13. The optional nickname does not count as personal data. If a parent believes we have inadvertently collected real personal data, please contact us (see Section 9) and we will delete it.

For users under 13 in the EEA, UK, Brazil, or certain US states, Google may limit ad personalization as required by law.

7. Data Storage and Security

• Firebase data is stored on Google’s secure servers.

• AdMob data is handled per Google’s security practices.

• Your optional name and scores are stored locally or on a simple leaderboard system.

• No sensitive personal data is collected.

8. Your Choices

• You can play without entering any name.

• You can reset your Google Advertising ID (Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID).

• You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.

• You can uninstall the app to delete all locally stored data.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy occasionally. Any changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
