1. Offline gameplay and local storage

The game runs on Apple Watch without an account. We do not operate a gameplay server or include advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. Gameplay does not transmit personal information to us.

The app saves order stars, discovered fruit, best scores, and sound/haptic preferences in its own local device storage. This data is used only to provide the game and remember your progress and preferences.

2. Retention and deletion

Local progress remains until you remove the app or its data. We cannot access or restore your local progress. Device backups and restoration, if enabled, are managed by Apple under your device settings and Apple's privacy policy.

3. Optional support messages

If you choose to email i@ztyuu.com, we receive your email address and the content and attachments you send. We use them to respond to your request and resolve issues, not for advertising or sale. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for the request and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion, subject to applicable law. Do not send passwords or sensitive information that is unnecessary for support.

4. Apple services and this website

Apple operates App Store downloads, payments (if applicable), device backups and optional platform diagnostics under its own policies and your settings. This support website is hosted on Google Sites; visiting it may allow Google to process technical information under Google's privacy policy. Opening external links is separate from offline gameplay.

5. Children and changes

The game does not request a name, age or contact information from players, including children. If a child sends personal information in a support message, a parent or guardian can contact us to request its deletion. Updates to this policy will be published here with a revised effective date. We will update the app's privacy disclosures if its practices change.

Fruit Merge: Orchard Orders is licensed by Taiyu Zuo under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). That agreement governs the software license; this page explains the game's operation and support and does not replace or restrict rights under the Standard EULA or applicable consumer law.

2. Game and compatibility

This is a standalone Apple Watch puzzle game requiring watchOS 9.0 or later. It includes six Orchard Orders, a local fruit journal, classic play and a three-minute challenge. No account, subscription or in-app purchase is required. Availability and any download price are shown in your regional App Store; Apple handles any applicable payment and refund requests.

3. Progress and fair use

Progress is stored locally. Removing the app, resetting the device, or a failed device restore can result in lost progress. Keep any device backups you wish to use; we cannot restore progress from a server. Use the app in accordance with the Standard EULA and applicable law, and do not infringe others' rights.

4. Updates and statutory rights

Features and compatibility may change through app updates. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or particular game results. Nothing on this page excludes non-waivable warranties, remedies or consumer rights under applicable law. Any license, warranty and liability provisions are governed by the Standard EULA to the extent applicable.

5. Support

Contact i@ztyuu.com for installation, gameplay, accessibility or privacy questions. Include the app version, watchOS version, Watch model and a description of the problem; screenshots are optional. Do not include passwords.
