BT Play (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the mobile game Fruit Duo (com.btplay.fruitduo).
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use Fruit Duo.
Fruit Duo does not require users to create an account or directly provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, or precise location.
However, Fruit Duo uses third-party services that may automatically collect or process certain information when you use the game.

Advertising identifiers, where available and permitted

Fruit Duo uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and to improve gameplay and performance.

Fruit Duo may also record gameplay events such as game starts, game overs, fruit merges, high scores, and rewarded-ad completion events.

Fruit Duo uses Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads to provide advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share information such as:

Device or advertising identifiers
App interactions

This information may be used for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and related advertising services.
Depending on your location, device settings, consent choices, and applicable laws, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.
Fruit Duo uses the Meta/Facebook SDK to measure app installations, app activations, and the performance of advertising campaigns on Meta platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.
Information related to app usage, device information, installation or activation events, and other app-event information may be processed by Meta for attribution, measurement, analytics, security, and advertising-related purposes.
Meta may receive information from apps and other partners through its SDKs and other business tools.
We do not use Facebook Login in Fruit Duo.
Information processed through Fruit Duo and its third-party services may be used to:
Operate and maintain the game
Understand how players use the game
Measure active users and engagement
Improve gameplay and performance
Display and measure advertisements
Measure advertising campaign performance
Attribute app installations to advertising campaigns
Detect fraud, abuse, or technical problems
Improve reliability and security
Fruit Duo uses services provided by third parties, including:
Google Firebase Analytics
Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads
Google Play Services

BT Play does not control the independent data-handling practices of these third-party providers.
Fruit Duo may transmit information to the third-party service providers listed above where necessary for analytics, advertising, attribution, security, and operation of the game.
We do not require players to submit personal profile information to use Fruit Duo.
We do not directly sell user-provided personal information.
Fruit Duo does not operate a user-account system and does not maintain a separate server database containing player names, email addresses, or account profiles.
Analytics, advertising, attribution, and diagnostic information processed by Google, Meta, or other third-party providers is retained according to the policies and retention practices of those providers.
If you contact us regarding privacy or deletion of information that is directly under our control, we will review and respond to the request as required by applicable law.
We take reasonable measures to limit data collection to services necessary for operating, analyzing, advertising, and improving Fruit Duo.
Information transmitted to third-party services is handled using the security measures provided by those services. For example, Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Fruit Duo does not require children or other users to provide personal profile information.
We do not knowingly request names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise location, or other directly identifying information from children through the game.
Where required, advertising and data-processing practices will be configured according to applicable laws and Google Play requirements.
Depending on your location and applicable laws, you may have rights regarding information processed about you.
Advertising identifiers and advertising preferences may also be controlled through your Android device settings.
Where legally required, users may be presented with consent or privacy choices relating to advertising or analytics.
We may update this Privacy Policy if Fruit Duo's features, SDKs, advertising services, analytics services, or legal requirements change.
