WHO THIS APPLIES TO
Fruit Spark Adventure is intended for players aged 13 and over.
PLAYING WITHOUT AN ACCOUNT
You can play the entire game as a guest. No sign-in is required and nothing
is locked behind one.
As a guest, your progress, stars and settings are stored on your device. We
cannot read them, and uninstalling the app deletes them. Nothing is stored
on our servers for a player who has not signed in.
To make the leaderboard work, every player is given an anonymous identifier
by Firebase Authentication. It is a random string. It is not linked to you,
your device, or any identifier we could use to find you.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO SIGN IN
Signing in with Google or Facebook is optional. It exists so your progress
survives a lost or replaced phone, and so you can appear on the worldwide
leaderboard under your own name.
When you sign in, we receive from that provider:
• Display name — shown on your leaderboard entry
• Profile photo — shown on your leaderboard entry
• Email address — identifies your account so progress can be restored
• Provider user ID — links your sign-in to your saved progress
We do not receive your password, friend list, posts, messages, or anything
else from those accounts, and we cannot post anything on your behalf.
What we store, and where. Your display name, photo, chosen avatar, country
flag, level progress, star ratings and best scores are stored in Google
Firebase (Cloud Firestore and Firebase Authentication), hosted in the
asia-south1 region. Firebase processes this on our behalf under Google's
terms: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
What is public. Your display name, profile photo or avatar, country flag,
total stars and levels completed appear on the worldwide leaderboard and are
visible to other players. Your email address is never shown to anyone.
Your country is only ever the one you choose yourself in the app. We do not
detect your location, and the app requests no location permission.
ADVERTISING
Fruit Spark is free and funded by advertising from Google AdMob.
To serve an ad, AdMob may process limited technical information: the ad
request, general device type, coarse country-level region, and your device's
advertising identifier. Google acts as an independent controller of that data
under its own policies: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
Ad content is capped at a Teen rating. Rewarded ads are always optional —
they only play after you choose to watch one, and nothing in the game is
locked behind them.
You can reset your advertising identifier at any time in your device
settings, which breaks the link between past and future ad requests.
WHAT WE NEVER DO
• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with data brokers.
• We do not ask for your phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos
or location.
• We have no in-app chat and no way for players to message each other.
• We do not use your data to build an advertising profile.
DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT AND DATA
You can request deletion at any time. Full instructions:

In short: email shehzadcusit@gmail.com from the address you signed in with,
asking for deletion. We will remove your leaderboard entry, saved progress
and authentication record within 30 days and confirm when it is done.
Deleting the app alone removes only the local copy on your device — it does
not delete data already saved to your account.
YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct,
export or delete your personal data, and to object to processing. Write to
shehzadcusit@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EEA or UK, our legal basis is your consent — given when
you accept this policy, and again when you choose to sign in — which you may
withdraw at any time by requesting deletion.
CHANGES
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, the app will
ask you to review and accept the new version rather than quietly replacing
the text.
