Effective date: September 12, 2026
Volodymyr Horenko ("we") develops the game Fruit Fury (the "Game").
Your progress (coins, gems, gear, talents, stages, settings) is stored on your device. We run no servers of our own.
If you sign in to Google Play Games, the Game uses it for achievements, leaderboards and cloud saves: a copy of your progress is kept in Google Play Games saved games linked to your Google account so you can restore it on another device. Other players may see your player name and scores on leaderboards. This data is handled by Google under its policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
To improve the Game and fix bugs we use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Analytics collects usage data: in-game events (battles started and finished, chests opened, ads watched, purchases), device model, Android and Game version, language, approximate region and an app installation ID; the advertising ID is not collected for analytics. Crashlytics sends a technical report when the Game crashes: error details, device state at the time of the crash, Game version and installation ID. This data is not used for advertising, is never sold and is kept for a limited time (analytics up to 14 months, crash reports up to 90 days). Firebase privacy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The Game shows rewarded ads only when you choose to watch one. AdMob may collect the advertising ID, IP address, ad interaction data and approximate location to serve and measure ads. In the EEA the Game asks for consent before personalised ads; you can change your choice in the Game settings ("Ad privacy"). Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Payments are processed by Google Play. We never receive your payment details; the Game stores purchase IDs (on the device and in the cloud save) only to avoid granting a purchase twice.
The Game is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
Use "Reset progress" in settings to delete your progress on the device and in the cloud save; uninstalling removes on-device data. Manage Google Play Games data (including saved games) in the Google Play Games app and your Google account settings. Manage your advertising ID in Android settings.
