The FRS provides a meeting related hotel expense stipend to the first 60 radiology residents, fellows and medical physics residents who register and attend the meeting ($200 for residents that submit a poster or $150 for residents that do not submit a poster). Hotel receipt must be submitted after the meeting in order to receive either stipend.

You must be a radiology resident, fellow or medical physics resident in a Florida program at the time of the annual meeting in order to be eligible for this stipend. Stipends are on a first come, first serve basis according to meeting registration. If your residency program is within 40 miles of where the meeting is held, you will not be eligible for a hotel stipend but are eligible for mileage and parking reimbursement.
