Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Froggie's Bug Shop ("app", "game"). By downloading, installing, or playing the game, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the game, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not download or use the game.
## 2. License to Use the Game
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable limited license to install and use the game on a mobile device that you own or control, strictly for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.
## 3. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
**A. Virtual Currency**
The game includes virtual currency (e.g., "Scarabs" and in-game "Money") and virtual items. These have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real money, goods, or services from us or anyone else.
**B. Purchases**
All purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. Purchases are handled by the app store (Google Play or Apple App Store).
**C. Right to Modify**
We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at our sole discretion, without liability to you.
## 4. Advertisements
The game includes rewarded video ads powered by Google AdMob. By choosing to watch these ads, you can earn in-game rewards. You agree that we and our third-party partners may display these advertisements to you.
## 5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
* Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the game.
* Use cheats, exploits, automation software, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game experience.
* Use the game for any commercial purpose without our written consent.
## 6. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the game (including but not limited to any code, graphics, animations, sounds, musical compositions, and UI) are owned by the Developer. You do not acquire any ownership rights by playing the game.
## 7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The game is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
## 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the game. Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) for In-App Purchases over the past 180 days.
## 9. Data Loss
Game progress is saved locally on your device. We are not responsible for any lost progress, lost virtual items, or lost virtual currency caused by device failure, uninstallation, operating system updates, or intentional clearing of application data.
## 10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the game after such modifications will constitute your acknowledgment and agreement to the modified Terms.
