Norman Wall
Norm Wall began adjusting in 2010, trained by a mentoring adjuster with 50 years experience who had seen and done it all. Norm started working catastrophe deployments and daily claims, and has focused solely on daily, local claims since 2013. He specializes in property and heavy equipment claims. He has lived in North Idaho since 2005, where he attended the University of Idaho for Architecture and Poetry, graduating in 2009 and 2011. He took over the offices when his mentoring adjuster retired in 2015, and has been growing ever since: from one adjuster to four, from three offices to five. He enjoys hiking, canoeing, and playing board games with friends.

Lu Wall
Lu Wall began with Frontier in 2020 and handles marketing, claims support, client relations, and billing. She has 13 years of customer service and management experience and keeps our team organized, efficient, and on task. She often works with clients to gather information, deploy adjusters, contact police and fire department agencies, and she obtains, organizes, and distributes claim documentation. Lu enjoys hiking, canoeing, building furniture, and renovating her home.

Connor DeVries
Connor DeVries has been adjusting since 2015. He has focused soley on daily claims since that time, and specializes in Defense, Mediation, Arbitration, and Liability Investigations. His background in law enforcement makes him an extremely competent and tenacious investigator who is passionate about delivering quality, detailed reporting to our clients. Connor is also a Russian language speaker. He enjoys playing guitar in his band and fishing the rivers and lakes of Eastern Oregon and Washington.

Property
Our property adjusters serve as the eyes and ears to our clients to access damage and collect important data so that our clients can make the appropriate coverage decisions related to 1st and 3rd Party property claims. With each assignment, our professional and licensed adjusters are proficient in utilizing the industry-recognized estimating systems such as Xactimate to supplement their adjusting judgment and experience to prepare accurate and reliable damage estimates.
Casualty
Our casualty adjusters each serve as your advocate. They handle complex liability/casualty claim assignments from reception to closure using the most desirable form of contact with the most thorough claim status update and report generation process. The adjuster will contact all parties to the claim, document all damages, assess and evaluate injuries, assist in determining liability, negotiate with plaintiff attorneys and more.
Physical Damage
Our physical damage adjusters each serve as your advocate. They handle personal and commercial auto/heavy/specialty equipment physical damage claim assignments from reception to closure using the most desirable form of contact with the most thorough claim status update and report generation process. The adjuster will contact the vehicle owner within 24 hours to set the appointment for inspection within 48 hours and will inspect the vehicle to photograph and document all damages. Within 72 hours, we will complete the vehicle appraisal (and total loss evaluation if needed) and forward it to the carrier representative. In the case of heavy equipment, the timeline for return will be up to 5 business days from inspection to appraisal submission.
