In our third collaborative effort, the Counseling and Wellness Center and the Christian Family Service Center are joining forces to deliver essential mental health education within the community. Their dedicated social workers will offer non-judgmental listening and personalized guidance. Engaging interactive activities will help student and staff participants explore and understand their emotions, culminating in a transformative Zentangle Workshop for mindfulness practice. This service provides a nurturing environment to discover tools that promote emotional wellness and self-awareness. Save time focused on self-discovery and holistic well-being!
