Wolfram ProteinVisualization paclet

The Wolfram ProteinVisualization paclet provides tools for visualizing and analyzing proteins, nucleic acids, and their complexes. It includes over 20 specialized functions for structural analysis, mutation impact assessment (via AlphaMissense Data Integration), and protein structure prediction. The paclet supports nearly 1 billion protein structures from major databases like RCSB PDB, AlphaFold, and ESM Metagenomic Atlas. Additional features include protein contact maps, alpha-carbon traces, Ramachandran plots, and more.
