🛠 Common Issues

Q: The app is crashing or not loading correctly.
A: Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue continues, make sure you’re using the latest version from the App Store.

Q: My score isn’t saving.
A: Make sure you have a stable internet connection. Your progress is stored securely, but syncing requires connectivity.

⚠️ Important:
If you delete the app from your device and reinstall it, your score and nickname will be permanently lost. There is currently no backup or recovery system in place.

Q: I found an incorrect question or answer.
A: Oops! Let us know and we’ll fix it quickly — we love making the app better with your help.
