Do you live in or near the Torrence Park neighborhood?
TAKE THE NEW TORRENCE PARK SURVEY!!
This survey is for residents of the Torrence Park Neighborhood and is intended to understand community needs for open, public space in natural environments, as part of a community revitalization project involving the renovation of several abandoned lots in the neighborhood. Specifically, our project team is interested in hearing how residents of Torrence Park would like to see these lots renovated, and for what community purposes. Our overall goal for these lots is to provide additional open, public space for various community-led programs and activities that involve environmental awareness and education, beautification, health and wellness, particularly for the children of Torrence Park.
As a resident of the neighborhood your feeback is VITAL for the successful completion of the project, since our goal is to ensure that the project satisfies the community needs of the neighborhood, and to uplift and revitalize Torrence Park.
You may choose NOT to complete this survey or any parto of it and you my stop at any time.
This survey and overall project is brought to you by Millikin University, Dept. of Sociology & Criminal Justice in collaboration with our community partners.
