The Friends Board of Trustees manages membership drives and rosters, provides financial management, performs fund-raising activities and grant management, hosts membership events and the annual meeting, and recruits volunteers to support both The Friends and Richland County Park District projects and programming. Trustees serve three-year terms. Two committees function under the auspices of the Board -- the Finance Committee and the Membership Committee.
