Summer is officially here, and it is time to celebrate our beautiful neighborhood green space! Join the Park Friends of McGovern and your fellow neighbors for our biggest event of the year. Best of all? Admission, food, and activities are completely FREE for everyone!

We are bringing the community together for an afternoon packed with food, music, and activities for all ages. Whether you are coming for the grub, the music, or to check out local vendors, there is something for everyone.

Here is a taste of what we have planned:

• 🍔 Free BBQ Cookout & Farmers Market: Grab some delicious grilled food on us and browse fresh, local finds from community vendors.

• 🎵 Live DJ & Entertainment: Keep moving to the beats all afternoon, plus free face painting and interactive games for the kids.

• 🎁 Prizes & Resources: Win some great giveaways and connect with amazing local organizations sharing helpful community resources.

Event Details:

• 📅 When: Saturday, June 20th | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

• 📍 Where: 4500 W Custer Ave (Right by the Senior Center)

• 🎟️ Admission: 100% FREE and open to the whole community!

Bring your lawn chairs, your appetite, and your family. Let’s make this third year the best one yet!
