Friends of Bigley Pool began in the summer of 2025 with a simple idea and a shared love for a beloved community space. A small group of pool enthusiasts met at the Viroqua Food Co-op, united by their passion for Bigley Pool and a desire to see it thrive for generations to come. What started as casual conversation quickly turned into action, collaboration, and commitment.

From those early meetings, Friends of Bigley Pool grew into a dedicated group focused on supporting, preserving, and celebrating Bigley Pool as a vital gathering place for our community. Today, we continue that mission by bringing people together, advocating for the pool’s future, and honoring the spirit of community that sparked it all. The rest, as they say, is history—and we’re excited to keep making it together.
