FRIENDS OF BEAUMONT SCHOOL SILENT AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

By bidding in this auction, each bidder agrees to these rules:-

1.  Bidding will be open from Friday 7th November 2025 at 4pm (UK time) until the close on Friday 5th December at 4pm (UK time)

2.  The Auction reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice

3.  Items purchased are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued, nor is it possible for expiration dates to be extended. All items are “as is”.

4.  The Auction provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.

 5.  To make a bid for an item, simply enter your bid via the Google Form for that item.

 6.  Anyone may bid on any item until the auction is closed

 7.   Once the deadline is reached at 4pm no more bids will be taken

 8.    If you win an item, arrangements can be made for it to be collected via the school office

 9.       All items must be paid in full before the item is handed over. Only after payments are processed can arrangements be made for collection.

 10. Payment must be received within 48 hours of confirmation of the winning bid. Failure to pay will result in the item being sold to the next highest bidder. Payment by Card or Cash payment only.

11. Winners can only be based in the UK.

12. No prizes will be posted out to winners.

13. In the event of two or more bids of the same winning value, bidders will be notified and given the opportunity to increase their bid once more with the highest bid winning the lot. 

14. There are reserves on some items and this may result in auction lots not being sold.
