This school year we are raising funds for playground improvements such as shades and small play equipment, and curtains for our performance stage.

Last year, with your help, we were able to assist the school in many ways. These include, but are not limited to -

purchasing 4 custom FES playground benches, now installed
fully replacing the school set of walkie talkies, enabling each staff member to have a communication device for safety and efficiency
covering 50% of cost for a new school laminator
supplying FES Carnival Night prizes
donating a snack for all students on a Milestones day
gifting our 5th graders with an end of year graduation cap
providing staff appreciation items
and more!

Donations & Partnership Opportunities

The Friendship Elementary School PTO is a 501c3 volunteer organization that provides support to the school and its faculty through financial and supply donations, while also building the school community through social connections and events. FES PTO helps both within and outside the classrooms throughout the school year. Along with our community sponsors, PTO has been successful in adding much needed educational and recreation equipment to the school. Profits earned through events and fundraisers go back to the school through improvement and appreciation projects. HOW YOU CAN HELP

BY DONATING SUPPLIES: Visit our Amazon list HERE for supply requests for our events and improvement projects.

BY MAKING A MONETARY DONATION: Monetary donations can be made at anytime by scanning the Zelle QR code found at the bottom of this page or by sending a check to Friendship Elementary PTO at 4450 Friendship Road Buford, GA 30519. Please email us first if you are interested in making a monetary donation so we can coordinate receipt with you. We are hoping to raise a minimum of $10k for our playground and stage projects.

BY EVENT: Businesses and individuals willing to sponsor an event can do so by a monetary or in-kind donation of materials and supplies. Sponsors will be recognized on FES PTO social media, websites, and publications for the event. Opportunities to set up a table or pass out business materials at the event can also be discussed with the PTO Board. Donation Request letters and PTO tax exempt information available upon request.

BY BECOMING A COMMUNITY PARTNER: Sponsorships are a win-win opportunity for both our community partners and Friendship Elementary School. Our sponsors get the public recognition they deserve for their engagement in the community and our teachers and staff get the help they need to enhance the educational environment for every child at our school. You can become a Gold, Silver, or Bronze level community sponsor through specific monetary donation levels. Partnership Agreements describing the levels and benefits is available upon request. Documentation for tax deductions also available. Please email us if you are interested in becoming a community partner!

BY OFFERING YOUR BUSINESS' SERVICES: If you have a business that can provide a donation through time and services, we would love to meet with you! These could include, but not limited to, graphic design, print and copy services, recreation equipment or rentals, DJ equipment for dances, school supplies, photography, food trucks, event rentals (tables, chairs, table cloths), and more! We'd love to hear about your business!
