In accordance with Article 30 of the Personal Information Protection Act, < 4 Alien's > ('Friend Ship') establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of data subjects, ensure swift and seamless handling of related grievances, and implement the following measures.
Article 1 (Purpose of Personal Information Processing)
< 4 Alien's > ('Friend Ship') processes personal information for the following purposes. Personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than those outlined here, and in case of any changes in the purpose of use, separate consent will be obtained as required under Article 18 of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Website membership registration and management: Personal information is processed for self-identification, authentication for provision of membership services, various notices, and notifications.
Handling of complaints and inquiries: Personal information is processed for verifying the identity of complainants and notifying processing outcomes.
Provision of goods or services: Personal information is processed for the purpose of providing services.
Marketing and advertising purposes: Personal information is processed for the development of new services (products) and customized service offerings.
Article 2 (Processing and Retention Period of Personal Information)
< 4 Alien's > retains and processes personal information within the period stipulated by laws and regulations or within the period consented to by data subjects during collection.
The processing and retention periods for each category of personal information are as follows:
<Website membership registration and management>: Personal information related to membership registration and management is retained and used from the date of consent until <withdrawal>.

Article 3 (Categories of Processed Personal Information)
< 4 Alien's > processes the following categories of personal information:

Required information: Name, date of birth, gender, password, mobile phone number, email, nationality, MBTI
Article 4 (Procedure and Method for Personal Information Destruction)
< 4 Alien's > promptly destroys unnecessary personal information when the retention period expires, the processing purpose is achieved, or when deemed unnecessary.
If personal information must be retained according to other laws despite the expiration of the consented retention period or achievement of the processing purpose, < 4 Alien's > will move such personal information to a separate database (DB) or store it in a different location.

Categories of retained personal information: Account information, transaction date
The procedure and method for personal information destruction are as follows:
Destruction procedure: < 4 Alien's > selects personal information for destruction and obtains approval from the Personal Information Protection Officer of < 4 Alien's > before proceeding with destruction.
Destruction method: Technological methods that render electronic files irrecoverable are employed.
Article 5 (Rights and Obligations of Data Subjects and Legal Representatives, and Methods of Exercising Rights)
Data subjects have the right to request access, correction, deletion, and suspension of processing from < 4 Alien's > at any time.
Exercise of rights under Clause 1 may be made in writing, via electronic mail, or other means pursuant to Article 41(1) of the Enforcement Decree of the Personal Information Protection Act. < 4 Alien's > will promptly address such requests.
If a data subject's rights under Clause 1 are to be exercised through a legal representative or an authorized agent, a power of attorney according to Form No. 11 specified in the "Guidelines for Personal Information Processing Methods (Presidential Decree No. 2020-7)" must be submitted.
Data subject rights, such as access and suspension of processing, may be restricted according to Article 35(4) and Article 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
Requests for correction or deletion of personal information cannot be made for information specifically collected under other laws.
< 4 Alien's > verifies the identity of the requester before fulfilling requests for access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing in accordance with data subject rights.

4 Alien's takes the following measures to ensure the security of personal information:

We have established and implemented an internal management plan for the secure processing of personal information.
Article 7 (Installation, Operation, and Rejection of Devices for Automatic Collection of Personal Information)
4 Alien's does not use 'cookies' that store and retrieve user information on a regular basis.

Article 9 (Remedies for Violation of Information Subject's Rights)
To seek remedies for personal information breaches, information subjects can apply for dispute resolution or consultation through the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee, Korea Internet & Security Agency Personal Information Infringement Report Center, and other related institutions. In accordance with Article 35 (Access to Personal Information), Article 36 (Correction and Deletion of Personal Information), and Article 37 (Suspension of Personal Information Processing) of the "Personal Information Protection Act," individuals who have suffered infringement of rights or interests due to actions or omissions by heads of public institutions in response to requests may apply for administrative adjudication under the Administrative Adjudication Act.
