Friends of Troop 72

Our Mission

Friends of Troop 72 is a 501c3 organization.  We were founded in 2016 with a goal to make scouting accessible to all regardless of a family's ability to pay registration fees, event fees, and camping fees.   

Scouting programs offer youth amazing opportunities to learn new skills including, but not limited to first aid, life saving, and other important life skills.  In addition, youth in scouting have opportunities for leadership positions and the ability to give back to their communities through service projects.   We believe that all youth interested should have these opportunities and we strive to help.
