FoQM is managed by a Committee & led by the Chair. Committee members join by being nominated & seconded and

stay until they wish to resign, this can happen at any time during the year. If there are more than one candidate for the

Chair, then the elections take place according to the rules outlined in the FoQM Constitution.

All FoQM Members are invited to Annual General Meeting (AGM) to hear about what was done in the year & the plan for

the future. AGM often takes place at the end of the school year & is announced in advance.

Where does the money we raise go?

Over the years, FoQM has sponsored many different experiences across all age groups. Those include:

Individual trips for each of the classes

Fun packed days to support geography, maths, literature, French

Other school organised activities

Digital and live performances

FoQM has also invested in different areas around the school, including:

Lighting and sound systems in the school hall and for outdoor usage

Multi oscillating cooling fans

Playtime equipment 

Outdoor classroom and playground shading

Wide range cultural books
