If you want a massive, budget-friendly solution for a full classroom without worrying about individual packaging or battery management, choose Frienda 48; if you need durable, swivel-folding headphones with sound isolation and a warranty for a smaller group of students, choose Hengliyuan Classroom Headphones Bulk.
• Frienda 48: Offers an incredible volume of 48 units in one box with simple, robust on-ear design, but lacks foldability and active noise control features.
• Hengliyuan Classroom Headphones Bulk: Provides rugged durability with a 1-year warranty and swivel-foldable design for easy storage, though it comes in a much smaller pack size of only 10 units.
• Best For: The Frienda 48 is ideal for large-scale school setups needing maximum quantity, while the Hengliyuan set fits smaller classrooms or specialized programs requiring higher build quality per unit.
The Frienda 48 Pack is built for scale. When you are managing a large student body, having forty-eight distinct units ready to go out of the box is a logistical game-changer. These wired stereo headsets are designed specifically for environments where speed and simplicity matter most. They feature a classic, non-folding design that keeps the profile low and the weight minimal, making them less likely to get caught on desks or backpacks during quick transitions between classes.
For teachers running library sessions, computer labs, or distance learning modules, the primary selling point here is the sheer number of compatible devices you can equip at once. Each headset includes a four-foot audio cable, which gives students enough slack to move around their station without feeling tethered to the wall jack. The 3.5mm connector ensures universal compatibility with almost any standard audio device found in a school setting, from older desktop computers to modern tablets and laptops.
However, this product requires a specific mindset regarding its construction. Made from Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS), these headphones prioritize lightweight portability over heavy-duty protection. The ear pads are soft and skin-friendly, which is excellent for kids wearing them for extended periods, but the lack of a folding mechanism means they take up more shelf space when not in use. If your priority is getting a whole grade level equipped instantly and you have ample storage space, this is the tool you need. If you need headphones that can survive being tossed into a backpack without unfolding, you might find the rigid structure less convenient than a collapsible alternative.

The Hengliyuan Classroom Headphones Bulk takes a different approach, focusing on longevity and smart storage rather than raw quantity. With a pack size of ten, this set is designed for targeted use cases like small group instruction, special education rooms, or after-school programs where fewer devices are needed, but reliability is paramount. The standout feature here is the swivel-foldable design. The earcups rotate and the headband retracts, allowing the headphones to collapse into a compact shape that saves significant desk and cabinet space. This is particularly useful for schools where storage is at a premium or where students need to carry their own gear home.
Durability is another major pillar for the Hengliyuan model. The manufacturer explicitly states that the 3.5mm plug undergoes a special reinforcement process to extend usage time, aiming for a lifespan of at least six to twelve months even under heavy student use. The enclosure material is sturdy plastic, and the ear cushions are made of soft leather, offering a balance between comfort and toughness. Unlike the Frienda option, these headphones include sound isolation controls, which helps students focus by blocking out ambient classroom noise—a crucial feature for testing environments or quiet reading times.
This product also comes with a 1-year free warranty, signaling a commitment to quality that goes beyond just shipping the product. The packaging arrives with each unit individually wrapped and sealed, ensuring hygiene and organization right out of the box. However, buyers must be aware that the frequency response listed is quite high at 20.4 MHz, which may differ from typical audio expectations, and the sensitivity is rated at 92 db. While the touch controls offer media manipulation, the lack of a massive bulk count means you will need to purchase multiple packs to cover a large class, which changes the cost-benefit analysis for very large groups.
• Best for Massive Classrooms: If you need to outfit an entire grade level or a large lab with zero gaps, the Frienda 48 provides forty-eight units immediately, whereas you would need five separate packs of Hengliyuan to match that quantity.
• Best for Storage Efficiency: If your classroom cabinets are full, the Hengliyuan headphones win because they swivel and fold flat, saving space compared to the fixed-size Frienda units.
• Best for Durability Claims: The Hengliyuan set explicitly markets a reinforced plug and a 6–12 month lifespan guarantee, backed by a 1-year warranty, offering peace of mind for heavy daily use.
• Best for Cable Reach: Both offer 3.5mm connectivity, but the Frienda 48 specifies a generous 4-foot cable length, giving students more freedom of movement within a stationary setup.
• Best for Noise Management: If your goal is to create a focused learning environment, the Hengliyuan headphones include sound isolation technology, a feature absent from the Frienda specifications.
• Best for Simple Setup: The Frienda 48 has no complex controls or folding mechanisms to break; it is a straightforward, on-ear wired solution that works instantly upon plugging in.
• Best for Hygiene and Organization: The Hengliyuan units arrive individually sealed and wrapped, which is superior for maintaining cleanliness before distribution to students.
• Best for Comfort Over Time: Both use soft ear pads, but the Hengliyuan leather cushions and adjustable retractable headband may offer better long-term fit for growing children.
In my opinion, the choice ultimately depends on the scale of your operation. I would buy the Frienda 48 if I were equipping a full elementary school wing or a large computer lab where the sheer volume of units is the most critical factor. Its lightweight design and extensive cable length make it perfect for general classroom listening activities. However, for a smaller, more controlled environment where I need to ensure every single headphone lasts through a year of abuse and fits easily into a student's bag, I would choose the Hengliyuan Classroom Headphones Bulk. The foldable design and included warranty provide a level of security and convenience that justifies the lower unit count for those who need quality over quantity. Ultimately, both serve as reliable bluetooth headset for kids alternatives (though wired) for educational settings, but the Hengliyuan set feels slightly more engineered for the rigors of daily student life.
Both the Frienda 48 and the Hengliyuan Classroom Headphones Bulk are strictly wired devices using a 3.5mm jack. Neither model supports Bluetooth or wireless connectivity, so they must be plugged directly into a source device.
The Frienda 48 headphones are fixed-size and should be stored on shelves or in bins as-is. The Hengliyuan headphones feature a swivel-foldable design, allowing you to collapse the earcups and headband for compact storage, which is easier for keeping track of individual units.
The Hengliyuan model explicitly lists sound isolation capabilities and uses soft leather cushions to help dampen external noise, making it better for focused tasks. The Frienda 48 relies on its physical fit but does not specify advanced noise isolation features in its data sheet.
According to the manufacturer data, the Hengliyuan headphones are designed with reinforced plugs to last at least 6 to 12 months and come with a 1-year warranty. The Frienda 48 emphasizes "strong toughness" and long-term use but does not provide a specific lifespan metric or warranty duration in the provided details.
