At Friend Line, we are committed to providing a safe environment for all users and take a zero-tolerance stance toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Any content, activity, or behavior involving the sexual abuse or exploitation of children is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action, including account suspension, reporting to relevant authorities, and permanent removal from our platform.
We do not allow:
Any images, videos, audio, text, or links that depict, promote, or encourage the sexual abuse or exploitation of minors (anyone under the age of 18).
Grooming or solicitation of minors for sexual purposes.
Sexualized depictions, commentary, or roleplay involving minors.
Sharing or requesting personal information from minors for exploitative purposes.
We use automated tools and manual moderation to detect potential CSAE content.
Suspected CSAE content will be immediately removed and reported to relevant law enforcement agencies and the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
If you encounter CSAE content or behavior:
Use the in-app Report feature.
Email us at ad433314@gmal.com (or your actual support email).
We review all reports urgently, typically within 24 hours.
We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies, including sharing relevant evidence when legally required, to aid in the investigation and prosecution of offenders.
We encourage parents, guardians, and young users to review our Safety Guidelines and learn about online safety practices to help prevent exploitation.
Friend Line is dedicated to maintaining a safe community where exploitation and abuse have no place.
