To inquire about a commission or adoptable, please contact me through direct messaging on any of the social media sites linked on my contact page. Clients may also email me at friedtiiger@gmail.com.
All payments are through Paypal, in USD. I may also be able to accept Venmo and Square, but Paypal is preferred! Payments through Paypal MUST be sent through "Goods and Services" - not "friends and family"!
For larger commission types, I may accept short payment plans, but I require payment in full before I begin working on the client's commission.
Once the sketch has been started, the commission is nonrefundable. If I have not started, the client will be eligible for a full refund should they request one for any reason.
All digital commission files will be emailed to the client, please provide your email when the commission is done to receive the high-resolution files.
I will send progress pictures and updates to the client as I work for any commission type more complicated than a colored sketch. If there is anything that needs to be changed, clients must tell me before the last minute. Any last minute large changes to your commission will require a fee, unless it was a mistake on my behalf.
My turnaround time for regular commissions is 1-3 months. The time may be less than a month for smaller commission types, but 1-3 months is what I promise my clients. Please be patient with me. Larger commission types such as complex reference sheets and full scene commissions may take longer than my regular turnaround time!
The client can repost my artwork so long as it's the watermarked and I am credited properly, and I reserve the right to use the artwork as an example of that type of commission on my page.
Commissions may be used for personal use only and may not be sold as merchandise in any way. Clients may produce physical merchandise of my artwork if they plan to give them away for free and they have asked me beforehand.
My artwork will never be allowed to be used for NFTs.
None of my artwork is allowed to be used for generative AI. This is intellectual theft.
You may not trace or heavily reference my art and claim it as your own. You may not outright copy my designs and claim them as your own or attempt to sell them. This is intellectual theft.
I reserve the right to blacklist any client for any reason from my personal business. Examples include, but are not limited to:
Repeatedly asking for quotes and then disappearing when it comes time for payment.
Asking for a hold on an adoptable or a commission slot and backing out. I reserve the right to blacklist you from future adopts and openings, but this can be case-by-case.
I will not nor will I ever work with hateful or predatory individuals. If I find a client has crossed my boundaries regarding not wanting to interact or do business with them, they will be immediately refunded and blacklisted.
If you block me for any reason on Discord, Twitter, Toyhouse, all of the above, or on any platform, you immediately forfeit your commission status and will not receive a refund or compensation. If we have a disagreement or for any reason you wish to block me, you must request a refund before blocking me in order to receive it, and it must be before I have started any work on your commission. If I choose to block you for reasons outside of my TOS, I will either refund you if the commission has not been started or finish the commission before moving forwards with the block.
I will not do any holds for adoptables or commission slots longer than 24 hours if you are a first-time client. I am willing to discuss longer holds on a case-by-case basis with regular clients.
Please tell me if you are planning on using an adoptable or a custom commission for a premade fursuit with the intention to sell them. I believe in being compensated for my work and would love to work with fursuit makers to bring my designs to life. You can find more information about this on my Custom Designs page.
