Privacy Policy – Fridgy

1. Overview

Fridgy is a visual to-do and to-use application. The app helps users track tasks and usage items using both text and photos. Images are a core part of the functionality. In this privacy policy, we explain what data is processed, why this happens, and what rights you have.

3. What data do we process?

a) User content (provided by you)

• To-do and to-use items (title, description, status, quantities, repeat interval, timestamps)

• List information (list name, owner ID, member IDs)

• Images you add via the camera
  Because Fridgy is a visual app, photos are an essential part of its functionality.

b) Technical data

• An anonymous Firebase Authentication UID to link your data to your device
  We do not request your name, email, or other identifying personal data to use the app (unless this is added in a future version).

c) Crash reporting
Fridgy uses Firebase Crashlytics to:

• Analyze crashes

• Improve stability

Crash reports may include:

• App version

• Android version

• Device type

• Technical error information (stack traces)

This data is not used for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Storage and processing

We use Google Firebase:

• Firebase Firestore (storage of items and list data)

• Firebase Storage (storage of images)

• Firebase Crashlytics (error analysis)

Data is transmitted securely via HTTPS.

5. Purpose of processing

We process data solely to:

• Enable the app to function properly

• Synchronize data

• Store images

• Improve app stability

We do not sell data and do not use advertising platforms.

6. Permissions

• Camera (required)
  The camera is necessary to add images to to-do or to-use items. Without camera permission, the core functionality of the app cannot be used.

• Notifications
  Fridgy requests permission to show notifications.
  These notifications are only used to remind users of tasks or relevant actions within the app. No data is shared with third parties via notifications.

7. Data retention

Data remains stored in Firebase until:

• The user deletes it within the app, or

• The user submits a deletion request via the contact address above

Deleting the app from the device does not automatically delete data stored in the cloud.

Crash reports are retained according to the standard Firebase Crashlytics retention settings.

8. Your rights

You can:

• Modify or delete data within the app

• Contact us via the email address above for additional requests

9. Children

Fridgy is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

10. Changes

This privacy policy may be updated when changes are made to the app. The most recent version is always available on this page.
