Fin-Tastic: The Stock Market Quiz
FRG organised Fin-Tastic: The Stock Market Quiz, the first event organised by the Team FRG in Online mode for the student of USMS. Quiz comprised of two rounds and top three positions were announced among the participating twelve teams. Students enjoyed the event and it was a huge success.

USMS, successfully conducted the seminar "IDEAS@75: Professional Excellence" in collaboration with Institute of Company Secretaries of India as a part of "Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav" on 11th May, 2022. The guest speakers Mr. Amit Gupta , partner with Deloitte shed light on "Ethics and Business: it's relevance, stats and trends" and Ms.Sonia Baijal, Joint secretary The Institute of Company Secretaries of India apprised everyone on "Corporate Governance: ICSI's role and significance". A brief question answer session was also conducted to address the queries raised by the attendees. Mr.Himanshu Sharma, Assistant Director at The Institute of Company Secretaries of India delivered vote of thanks and enlightened the students with his words.

The common man expected a Booster Budget with tax concessions and announcements of new schemes. Does the Union Budget of 2022 actually deliver on the expectations of the general people or does it challenge the old practices and marks the beginning of an era of change.
The event was an enormous success surpassing our previous record with its peak attendance of 239 participants with great reception and appreciation for the speakers and content covered.

Workshop on EXCEL Essentials for Corporate Readiness
Organised on 26th December, 2021 by the FRG under the guidance of Dr. Ashish Kumar and Dr. Divya Verma, it involved visual demonstration and explanations about the managerial uses of tools such as Basic Functions, Text to Column Functions, Logical Functions, Reference Functions, Pivot Tables, and Charts.
With a peak attendance of 87 students and extensive interaction between the attendees and the speaker Mr. Pankaj Goyal (Business Analyst, Evalueserve), this workshop was a huge success.

Technical Analysis and Valuation Workshop
An initiative under the Student Development Program, this workshop was meant to provide valuable insights into topics such as terminologies and indicators in technical analysis, MACD, Time Series Patterns, Moving Averages, Relative Strength Index, Parabolic SAR, Breadth Indicators, Charts and Patterns, Dow and Elliot Theories, Fibonacci Repracement etc.
Organised in multiple sessions from 6th to 10th December, 2021 by Dr. Ashish Kumar and Ms. Bharti, it was attended by students spread across various sections of MBA and MBA (FA) (both 1st and 2nd Year).
