Where are you located?

We are located in Warrnambool in South West Victoria. We service Warrnambool and surrounding towns, up to a 35km radius. 

What is the turnaround time?

This varies greatly depending on what you would like to be cleaned, how dirty it is and even the weather. We are also a one person show and only have capacity for a limited amount of bookings per week.

Generally, allow 3 days for a pram clean and 1 day for child car seat cleaning. We do offer a express service, please contact us to find out more.

Do you pick up and deliver?

We offer pick up and delivery services for FREE within a 15km radius of Warrnambool. Pick up and delivery passed a 15km radius of Warrnambool is available (up to a 35km radius) and is subject to a fee of $10-$50 depending on location. Contact us for a quote or upon confirming your booking we will notify you of the extra cost. 

Do you use harmful chemicals?

We only use eco friendly, child and baby safe cleaning products that are safe for the whole family including your fur babies. Our preferred cleaning products are gentle and effective at cleaning and properly sanitizing. We also utilize steam and a lot of elbow grease.  We adhere to manufacture cleaning requirements and our preferred cleaning products are also safe to use on your prams/strollers and baby equipment.
