• Mexico: In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, users retain their ARCO rights (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and Opposition).

• United States: In accordance with state regulations such as CCPA/CPRA in California, users have the right to know, delete, or restrict the use of their data. In this case, the App does not collect data, so no additional processing applies.

• Data is stored in the user’s iCloud account, protected by Apple’s security measures.

• The developer does not have access to this data and does not share it with third parties.
