How much does junk removal cost?
Every cleanout is different. Pricing depends on the amount of junk, labor required, disposal costs, and the size of the dumpster needed. Most jobs range anywhere from $250 to $1,000+, but we'll always provide a free, no-obligation estimate before any work begins.
Do I have to move everything outside?
Absolutely not! Our team does all the heavy lifting. Whether your items are in the garage, basement, attic, spare bedroom, or backyard, we'll remove them for you.
Do you clean garages?
Yes! Garage cleanouts are one of our most common services. Whether you have a few unwanted items or an entire garage packed from floor to ceiling, we're happy to help.
Can you remove hot tubs?
At this time, we do not remove hot tubs. If that changes in the future, we'll update our services.
Do you haul appliances?
Yes! We remove most household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves, dishwashers, freezers, and more. If you're unsure about a specific appliance, just ask!
Do you sweep afterward?
Always! After we've finished loading your unwanted items, we'll do a quick sweep of the area so we leave it looking cleaner than when we arrived.
Are you insured?
Yes. Fresh Start Cleanouts LLC is fully insured, giving our customers peace of mind while we're working on their property.
How long does it take?
Every project is different, but we guarantee your cleanout will be completed within 7 days of your scheduled start date.
Many jobs are completed in just one day, depending on the size of the project.
Yes!
We provide free, no-obligation estimates. In many cases, you can even send us photos of the items you'd like removed, and we'll provide a preliminary quote before scheduling a visit.
For safety and environmental reasons, we cannot remove hazardous materials such as chemicals, asbestos, explosives, medical waste, or other regulated items.
If you're unsure whether we can take something, just give us a call—we're happy to answer your questions.
Whenever possible, we try to recycle or donate usable items before disposing of the rest responsibly.
We believe in reducing waste whenever we can.
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and other approved electronic payment methods.
Payment is due upon completion of the job unless other arrangements have been made.
Can I stay while you're working?
Absolutely! You're welcome to stay, or if we've already agreed on the work and have access to the items, you don't always need to be present.
