After welcoming you into my kitchen in Sciacca with a glass of my wine, you will embark on a journey of discovery of the history of Saccense gastronomy through my dishes, which we will prepare during a lesson for a few intimates.
There I will tell you about and teach you how to prepare one of my specialities: Fresh Pasta.
I will show you how to prepare the perfect dough and the tools we will use most will be just your hands, with the freshest ingredients and lots of love.
The fresh pasta you prepare will be cooked by me for you to taste.
It is not essential that you know Italian well, as no great language skills are required, as long as you are willing to do :)
And also at the end you can take away what you have created during the lesson.
Remember to always report any food allergies or intolerances in advance.
The start of the course is :
From Monday to Friday 5 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday 4 p.m.
but Advance Reservation is required.
The expected duration is approximately 2 hours.
