About me
I am Accursia and I am descended from generations of cooks.
I have always had my hands in "pasta" : bread, pasta and traditional desserts.
Also thanks to my grandmother, who passed on to me the secrets of doughs and the stories behind each preparation.
Today having my own business, I prefer the seasonality of (natural) products, which wisely transformed will enrich the dishes you will make in my company.
I am also a European olive oil taster.
