Data Deletion

  If you can't find the deletion option, you can contact Fresh Food's customer support through the contact information provided on their website or app. Explain that you want to delete your account and ask for assistance. 

• Data Retention:
  Be aware that even after account deletion, Fresh Food may retain some historical transaction data related to your loyalty program participation.

• Reward Points: Deleting your account will erase your Fresh Food Reward Points balance. 

• Rejoining: You can rejoin the Fresh Food Rewards program later, but your previous points will not be restored. 

• Delivery Orders: If you have placed an order through the app, you may need to contact our customer service for order-related issues or cancellations.
