At its core, FreqHead is designed as a fully offline, privacy-focused reference application. It functions without requiring account registration, login credentials, identity verification, or any form of personal information. All features are available immediately after installation, with no sign-up process and no user profiling.
The application does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. It does not integrate analytics frameworks, tracking technologies, advertising SDKs, crash reporting systems, or third-party data collection services. No usage statistics, device identifiers, IP addresses, location data, behavioral metrics, or diagnostic information are gathered. There are no background connections to remote servers and no hidden data exchanges. All dictionary content is bundled directly within the application and stored locally on the user’s device. The app does not retrieve content from external sources, perform cloud synchronization, or depend on internet connectivity to operate. Any notes created within the Sound Journal feature are saved exclusively on the device using local storage and remain entirely under the user’s control. The application does not request access to sensitive system permissions such as contacts, camera, microphone, or location services, and it operates strictly within the standard Android application sandbox without accessing data from other apps.
Because no personal data is collected or processed, there is no external data storage, no third-party data processing, and no data sharing practices to disclose. Uninstalling the application or clearing its data through system settings will remove any locally stored information in accordance with Android’s standard data handling behavior. Should future updates introduce features requiring connectivity or data handling, this policy will be updated accordingly to reflect those changes in compliance with applicable regulations.
