Beleive it or not, a "snail mail" letter is now more effective than "copy/paste" emails. It shows that a citizen has taken the time to write and therefore is viewed as more powerful than an email. Tell your story. Even if you do email, make your communication personal. Tell why you are struggling with the airport operations: Quality of life, emotional health, physical health, lead pollution on you and your children, etc. Try not to be accusitory or angry. This is your community and you want to make it better. Tell them you know there are solutions used by airports all around the nation and you hope these can be used at the French Valley Airport as well.

Temecula City Council Although the airport is not in the City of Temecula, 90% of the planes fly over some portion of the city. Temecula cannot dictate how the airport and pilots fly, BUT the City can influance the County Board of Supervisors about the concerns of it's citizens. Federal aviation Administration (FAA) This is the office to contact if you wittness or want to report a FAA flight violation. You need to be very specific as to date, time, aircraft number identification and violation. Normal violations would be flying well below regulations, near collosions, etc. Just being too loud or annoying will not be considered.
