The conference aims to foster collaboration between French and Japanese researchers working in probability theory, particularly in its applications to physical phenomena. Building upon the success of the first edition held at IHES, France, this second conference will offer an opportunity to explore interdisciplinary connections, exchange ideas on recent developments, and strengthen ongoing partnerships between researchers from both countries.
