Lány (20km west from Prague by highway)

The village of Lány is located approximately 20 km west of Prague. Among other things, there is a castle here, which serves as the summer residence of the President of the Czech Republic.
The area itself, where the meeting will take place, offers spaces for the convention, accommodation and a restaurant under one roof. Participants do not have to leave the building for the entire duration of the meeting.
Theme
Model operation of central Europe system based on prototype operation in early 70 e's. Base on number of registered modules we plan to realize cross-border operation ČSD//DB//FS. Basic layout consists of N-RE modules, but all other N-scale modules are welcome, as long as they will operate with wheel sets with resistors using NEM standards. We welcome FREMO-N modules, which fulfill these standards. Operation of the layout will use DCC system using NMRA standards and Loconet.
Accommodations
We will organize accommodations, if requested. Prices will be about 850 CZK (34 Euro) per person). Reservation of accommodation must be done till May 15th 2024! For more details visit separate bookmark at this web.
If you are interested in accommodation directly at the meeting place, do not hesitate to make an order. The order in which applications arrive is determined.

This meet is organized for FREMO members and friends. Please send registrations as well as dwg plans of modules directly to addresses below before May 15th 2024. If you are user of FREDL, you can make your registration in the system. Foreign participants can make a registration via their national co-ordinators.

Fees
There is no fees for FREMO members and N-modul.cz members.
The rest of participants and guest will be asked to pay participation fee 200 CZK/day or 500 CZK/whole convention.
Guests
The meeting is not for the public but only for the participants.
Serious candidates may be invited as guests of one of the participants, timely registration is required! In case you are interested, please contact the General Coordinator through your host by Wednesday September 25th.
