At the time of signing a lease, the tenant will be charged:
A $30 non-refundable administration fee
A security deposit based on the size of your unit/parking space. This will be refunded at the end of the lease term, IF there is no damage to the facility or unit.
The first month's rent
Rent is due on or before the first of the month. Please note, if payment is not received by the fifth of the month, the tenant will be charged a $25 late fee.

Occupants are responsible for insuring the contents of their units and parking spaces. Occupant assumes risk to any lost, stolen, or damaged items. Please let us know of any damage or accidents done to your belongings or the facility. Please see lease agreement for a more detailed description.
Pets, plants, perishables, carcasses, combustable items or liquids, stolen or illegal goods, explosives, fireworks, as well as other flammable, dangerous, toxic, or hazardous items are not allowed in units or on the property. Please see lease agreement for a more detailed description.
Yes, you will need to provide a lock for your unit.
You will have 24/7 access to your unit. If you need to contact us, we are available from 8am to 7pm.
The units are not climate controlled.
The property units will not have access to power.
At this time, there is no security on the property.
