Body Transformation is our flagship programme, which provides a well structured workout and nutrition plan to help you transform into the best version of yourself. This programme is specifically designed to attain that perfect physique. Sexy and lean body toning for women; a lean and defined muscular look for men.
The workout plan comes in a combination of strength, cardio, and functional training, which results in shaping your body and boosts your metabolic rate to burn fat even at rest. You will be doing two personal training sessions at one hour each and one pre-programmed self-training session per week for a total of 12 or 24 weeks.
For the nutrition plan, your personal trainer will assist you with the right food selections and calculate the amount of calories you must consume per day based on your fitness target. You will get a clear understanding of how to plan your daily food intake.
