These Terms and Conditions govern your (“Customer” or “you”) use of FreeSpace, the smart photo-cleaning and storage optimization application (the “App”), provided by Zion Studios LLC (“FreeSpace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
By accessing or using the App, you accept these Terms and Conditions (including all related policies). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Zion Studios LLC. You should read and keep a copy of these Terms for future reference.
We may update or change these Terms at any time by:
(a) posting the revised version inside the App, or
(b) sending notice to the email address associated with your account.
You are responsible for reviewing the Terms regularly. Continued use of the App for more than 20 days after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
“Customer Data” refers to all photos, information, and data you upload or process through the App.
“Process” means actions such as scanning, analyzing, detecting duplicates, organizing, or deleting photos within the App.
“System” refers to all software, servers, and technologies used to operate the App.
You are solely responsible for the photos, files, and other data you process through the App. You agree not to use the App:
(a) to store or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content,
(b) in a way that violates intellectual property or privacy rights,
(c) in a way that disrupts or damages the App or its systems,
(d) to engage in any fraudulent or criminal activity.
Although FreeSpace does not actively monitor your content, we may suspend or restrict use of the App if we detect or are made aware of misuse.
Pricing depends on the subscription plan you choose. Certain features are only available through paid subscriptions. We may add, modify, or discontinue plans at any time. If your plan is changed or migrated, you agree that your payment method may be charged the updated amount.

The App analyzes and processes photos locally on your device. Cleaned, organized, or deleted items remain entirely under your control.
Your photos are not uploaded to our servers.
Any files you export, save, or share outside the App may be accessible to other apps or users of your device.
FreeSpace does not guarantee recovery of deleted files.
If you switch devices, data stored locally on the old device will not automatically transfer to the new one.
FreeSpace is not responsible for any data loss resulting from device issues, accidental deletion, or other user actions.
You may receive promotional pricing, introductory offers, or discounts. These offers may change or end at any time. If a business or organization pays for your subscription, you authorize us to share limited account information with them for verification and billing purposes.
By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for subscription fees, taxes, and any additional charges. Payments are billed in advance and automatically renewed unless canceled. You must update your payment information if it changes. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
FreeSpace offers several subscription options:
Weekly Plan
Access all premium features billed weekly, with or without an introductory offer.
Monthly Plan
Access all premium features billed monthly.
Yearly Plan
Access all premium features billed yearly, often at a discounted rate.
Subscription prices and availability may vary based on region or App Store policies.
Your subscription begins when you accept these Terms.
You may cancel anytime through your device’s App Store settings.
Upon cancellation:
You will retain premium access until the end of the billing period.
No refunds will be issued.
Your access to premium features will end, but free features may still be available.
FreeSpace may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms.
The App, design, features, and underlying technology belong to Zion Studios LLC and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and photos you process through the App.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
FREESPACE DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR COMPATIBLE WITH ALL DEVICES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FREESPACE IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, STORAGE ISSUES, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTION RELATED TO APP USAGE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes must be handled through U.S. courts.
