Overview
Offline Books Read Unlimited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) lets you browse a catalog of books, download books to your device, read them offline, and optionally purchase a subscription. You can use the app without creating an account with us.
Information we process
The app and its service providers may process device and app information such as device identifiers, operating-system version, app version, language, approximate location derived from network information, IP address, advertising identifiers, app interactions, diagnostics, and crash reports. Google Play and RevenueCat process subscription and purchase information, including the product purchased, transaction status, and entitlement status. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Reading progress, bookmarks, notes, and downloaded book files are stored locally on your device unless a feature clearly states otherwise.
How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the app, deliver books and subscription features, restore purchases, provide support, understand usage, prevent fraud, diagnose crashes, and show or measure advertising where applicable.
Service providers
We may use Google Play services, Google Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics, Google AdMob, and RevenueCat. These providers process information under their own privacy policies and applicable data-protection terms.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help operate the app, when you ask us to, to protect users and our rights, or when required by law.
Retention and security
We retain information only for as long as needed for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and security. Local reading data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
The app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it.
Your choices and rights
You may reset or limit your device advertising identifier, manage app permissions in device settings, clear local app data, and uninstall the app. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing of personal information. Contact us to make a request. We may need to verify the request.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, our providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.
