Drew has been a licensed Realtor since 2005 and a business coach since 2015. Within two years of starting his real estate career, he opened his own brokerage, which achieved the #1 spot for closed sales volume in its area for three consecutive years. Drew has been recognized as one of the Top 20 coaches in Keller Williams Realty offices for closed volume and individual sales agent achievement.

Before transitioning to real estate and coaching, Drew worked as a sales manager at Nordstrom, where he opened stores across the U.S. and trained retail sales associates. He holds a degree from Johnson & Wales University and was born and raised in the Midwest as one of five children.

Drew launched The Freedom Companies, an independent real estate coaching and training company, in 2020. His coaching approach emphasizes mindset and actionable steps, helping clients achieve success with clarity and purpose.
