Local Storage: “Reflect” entries you create are stored entirely on your device. We do not access, collect, or store your personal reflections on our servers.

Photo Access: The App may request access to your photo library solely to allow you to select and attach images to your reflections. This access is used only within the App and images are stored locally on your device.

3.2 Information Collected Automatically

We use Google Firebase (Google LLC) to collect limited usage and analytics data to improve the App. This may include:

• App usage patterns (e.g., features used and frequency)

• Session duration and frequency

• Device information (e.g., device type, operating system version, app version)

• Crash reports and performance data

This information does not directly identify you but may include device-level identifiers and other technical information collected automatically.

We use analytics data solely to:

6.1 Reflect Entries

All reflections and any images you choose to attach are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers. You have full control over this data and can view or delete it at any time within the App.

6.2 Analytics Data

Analytics data is stored on Google’s secure servers and retained according to Firebase’s default retention settings.

6.3 Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the analytics information we collect. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 9 and older.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The limited analytics data collected is not used to identify users individually.

8. Your Choices

Opt-Out of Analytics: You can limit certain data collection through your device settings. However, some analytics data may still be collected to maintain app functionality and performance.

Data Deletion:

• You can delete “Reflect” entries at any time within the App

• Uninstalling the App removes locally stored data and Firebase identifiers from your device
