While he effortlessly executed high-octane stunts, the character didn't necessarily offer ample opportunities to showcase his signature style and charisma, despite his daring feats. The dialogues penned for his character seemed rather average and didn't quite highlight his usual heroic flair.
Katrina Kaif, on the other hand, delivered a stellar performance, with increased and more intense action sequences that showcased her dedication, notably in the much-discussed towel fight scene. Despite her commendable performance, some viewers noted that she appeared a bit older on screen.
